STANDARDS
The Objectives for Development and Learning - Teaching Strategies
For the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) FACE program, Teaching Strategies GOLD® Objectives for Development and Learning are utilized as the standards for preschool education. These comprehensive objectives are grounded in current research in early childhood education and include critical predictors of school success.
These standards are designed to seamlessly connect prekindergarten students with the Bureau of Indian Education's Standards for K-12, ensuring a strong foundation for lifelong learning and readiness for college and career pathways.
This alignment ensures that BIE’s youngest learners are prepared to transition into kindergarten with the skills and competencies necessary for success in their academic journey and beyond.
